one after effect of watching gossip girl is wanting perfect, nice looking hair like blair, serena and jenny! i love their curls, especially blair with all her hairbands! her hair just looks so thick, glorious and perfect. i wonder how long they spend in front of the mirror, under those hot curling irons. now i'm so tempted to curl my hair too!
bah, i think i might try temporary curling so i'll know how i'll look
amazing race finale
they won! they won! tk and rachel won the amazing race! woohooo! i'm so glad for them! for 3/4 of the show, i was sure that ron and chris were gonna win cos they were 1st all the way. but thank goodness for the road block where chris was stumbled by it and rachel managed to edge themselves to first place by just a few mins! nick and don played well too.. esp don, he's such an adorable old man haha. he was really good with slicing those cods man! he's really a jack-of-all-trades. i think if it wasn't for the silly mistake they made with the first clue and if nick had put in a bit more thought at the roadblock, it would have been a super duper tight race to the end! anywaaay it was a greeeeat season and i really hope cbs won't cancel the show!

Woohooo, it's down to the top 3 teams for The Amazing Race! for the first time in all 12 seasons that i've watched, i dont mind any of these 3 teams to win the $1 million dollars! but of course, i'm rooting for tk and rachel cos they're so adorable together, esp rachel haha. they seem like really nice people so it'd be great if they win! ron and christina winning it would be great too cos they started off as one of the underdogs thanks to ron's obnoxious behaviour and his age as compared to the other teams. as for nick and don, i don't mind them winning cos im a fan of the grandfather! haha he's so cute and it's amazing how he's still running around despite his age. can't wait for the finale!!
dee's surprise farewell party was a success and i'm glad we managed to pull it off and actually surprise her. and most importantly, i'm glad she enjoyed herself! i can't believe that in two days time, at this time, she would probably be in her plane, ready for take-off and we won't be able to see her for 6 mths! i'm so gonna miss her!

as a kid, one thing i looked forward to during christmas was the shopping catalogues my mum received. my cousin and i would then pore over them and pretended that we had tons of parties to attend and we'd then decide which outfits we would wear. can you imagine how much fun we'd have had if online catalogues existed then?? esp asos.com, my goodness, sooooo many clothes! you all should check out that site, especially if you're loaded haha ;)

alright, let's take a break from all these depressing mtvs haha. this is definitely one with a happy ending hehh. it's an out-take from this taiwanese show "er zuo ju zhi wen" and it's quite cute heheh. love the ending! the second season of this show is out and i've watched one episode so far.. but i forgot how this show can get a bit draggy. now that they're married, i wonder what else can happen in this season..
american eagle shopping
i just ordered this shirt from American Eagle. all the shirts i have are meant for the oversized/baggy look aka the MKA-style so i've been looking for one that fits nicely just in case i need some formal clothes in the future. how forward looking huh.. more like an excuse to buy something ;) anyway, i hope size 0 would be a good fit.. that's one thing about shopping online, you can't try on the clothes so you might end up with something that doesn't fit nicely! but oh well, this is quite cheap, S$20 inc shipping ;)

another depressing video! haha but this time it's in chinese and i really have no idea what jay chou is singing about. but i think the video is about how this guy faked his university application and lied to his girlfriend when in fact, he's seriously ill and will probably die. goodness, whats with me and all these depressing videos. but at least these mtvs have storylines.. those without are really boring!

carrie underwood is really gorgeous! she's definitely one of my few favourite music artistes.. she sounds fantastic, her songs are great and she's so pretty! ok sorry, i just cant get over the fact how pretty she looks. during the american idol period, she was rather pretty.. but after the competition, i think she lost some weight, did something fantastic with her hair and makeup and now, she looks amazing!
